For domestic orders, Stash ships via USPS and UPS. The cost to ship your package is determined by the carrier, and the shipping method you select at checkout. Depending on the size and weight of your package, you may be offered various shipping methods. Please keep in mind USPS and UPS estimated delivery dates are only estimates, neither they, now we, guarantee delivery dates on First Class or Priority shipping. Some UPS options do offer a guaranteed delivery date, however, please remember this does not factor in our processing time.
Domestic orders totaling over $100 will automatically qualify for free USPS shipping (excludes wholesale orders).
USPS First Class shipments are usually received in 2-5 business days, but we've seen these packages take 7-10 days, and even longer in rare instances. Both geographical distance and the total weight of your shipment can impact delivery times, as can holidays and inclement weather.
If you're running low on juice and in a hurry to receive your Stash, we recommend UPS or Priority shipping. Based on your location, USPS assigns every Priority shipment a 1, 2, or 3 day estimate, but again, that is only an estimate, and based on business days...we've seen these shipments take 5+ days as well, but they almost always arrive faster than First Class shipping. Again, holidays and weather can impact these delivery times.
Once your Stash has left the building, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to keep tabs on where your Stash is, and how soon you can expect it. These tracking numbers are not always updated by the carrier in a timely fashion, so if it looks like your package hasn't moved in a day or two, please don't jump to any conclusions...it will likely receive an update shortly. Please keep in mind, the tracking information you see on your end is precisely the information we see on our end, and the only information we have access to. That said, if you suspect your package has been lost or damaged in transit, please alert your local PO or UPS first, followed by an email to us...there may not be much we can do, but we're happy to try.
For international orders, Stash ships USPS only. It is the international customer’s responsibility to know the laws in his or her country/jurisdiction prior to purchasing from Stash e-Liquids. Before placing your order, please consult your local laws on importing e-liquid. We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs, and we will not falsify customs forms to accommodate any orders. Our labels include the nicotine content, as well as safety warnings on each bottle. Your package/customs form will be marked as e-liquid, there will be no exceptions. Orders requesting altered customs declarations will be canceled and refunded. Stash e-Liquids will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit because of, but not limited to, errors made by the shipping company, errors made by the customer, confiscation by customs, etc. All international orders are placed at the risk of the consumer due to lack of control over the package once it leaves our building.
Stash e-Liquids will not knowingly ship to any person, in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess our e-Liquids. Product and Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipments refused by customs for failure to comply with local laws.

For APO/FPO addresses, please select a domestic shipping option (Free Shipping, First Class, Priority, or Express). Select the United States as your country, and APO/FPO as your Suburb/City. Please DO NOT select International Shipping for APO/FPO addresses.
IMPORT TAXES/DUTY& REGULATIONS
Any and all import taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Your Stash may be subjected to taxes, tariffs, import duties, customs charges, Deliver Duty Paid (DDP), and Value Added Taxes (VAT). These fees are not the responsibility of Stash and will not be included in your shipping or order cost. Duties and taxes levied by your country are out of our hands, therefore, we urge you to check your local regulations to see what import duties/taxes/etc may be levied by the Country in which you reside. Again, shipping/order charges will not be refunded for any shipment refused by international customers for tax liability and your package will not be reshipped.
Due to the nature of e-liquids, and subjective nature of taste, it is not our policy to issue refunds. We will however, always strive to keep our customers happy, so please let us know if you are not satisfied with any of our products so that we can try to set things straight.
